Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Alum Red Dragon Porcelain Moon Vase. The porcelain potted in moon vase, thick and tall, globular moon lower belly, straight cylindrical neck, round slight flaring mouth rim, emerge two archaic ruyi handles flanked from neck to the shoulder rim, raised on ring foot base with slight concave footing. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against alum red color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
