This is a pre Columbian relic , a deer head that was most likely part of a larger sculpture that was excavated in Venezuela in 1965 as part of an archaeological dig. The artifact measures 4.25 inches long and was part of the permanent exhibition at the Metamora Museum of Oddities, Metamora, Indiana.
