1) Georg Köhler. Bird in cage, with open-spring mechanism, lithographed tin bird with articulated head, beak, wings and tail moving as one, painted base and domed brass cage, ht. 14 ½ in. (37 cm), working but ‘chirping’ faint, without key. - And: 2) Reuge Music. Two birds in cage, with articulated beaks and tails, the red bird moving from side to side, enameled base and domed brass cage, ht. 10 ½ in. (26 cm), working condition.
