(Spike TV, 2008) A pair of vinyl subway posters created to promote showings of the Star Wars Saga on Spike TV. Designed to be hung or applied directly to a surface, each poster has an adhesive backing that is still protected by the original paper release liners. The set includes one poster depicting a close-up of Darth Vader's mask and the line, "A guy can only be called ‘Annie' so many times before he snaps," and one featuring Princess Leia in her iconic metal bikini from Jabba the Hut's palace with the slogan, "Gold bikinis never go out of style." Rolled as issued, the pieces each measure 45"x59" and are in very good condition with some tack holes, tears, and corner wear from previous hanging.
