Description
Featured in this lot is this Northern Plains Indians beaded alpaca top hat, circa 19th - 20th century. The top hat shows a band of alpaca wool and shows black and chalk white trade seed beads with a spread eagle tin badge and tassels of blue dyed leather. The hat is constructed from stretched black polyester. The condition of this top hat is good, showing no obvious signs of damage and wear consistent with age and exposure. The measurements of this top hat are 6" x 9 3/4" x 12 1/4".
