Period inscription identifies the location and the 6 miners: William Harding (cook), Alvah Weller, William Murphy, Cotton (Montezuma), Jas. Sullivan (Foreman), and John Williams). Also with a short explanation of the location of the mine. From Chamberlain's Colorado. Mountain Scenery series. -- JONES, O.L., photographer. Tentatively identified to when the Colorado Militia were called in support of striking workers in the Cripple Creek miners' strike of 1894. -- And 2 others. Together 4 images.
