This lot consists of a framed oil painting on canvas board, rendered in the Post-Impressionist style of Paul Cezanne (French, 1839-1906). "P. Cezanne" is painted by hand at lower left. This dynamic still life portrays a trio of chinaware casting an elegant, unified form and set off by a vibrant orange at the front of the arrangement. A fine testament to Cezanne's adept talent. This painting would be a highlight to any art collector's gallery. Unframed piece measures approximately 24.5" x 28.5".

Reverse side of piece features two affixed paper labels and one handwritten number, "44-2".

Paul Cezanne (French, 1839-1906) is regarded as one of the greatest contributors to the Post-Impressionist era, a herald of modernity and an influence on many later art movements, including Fauvism, Expressionism, and even Cubism. Cezanne's art grew up and out of the Impressionist era, but would come to subvert all convention and ultimately stand for unwavering integrity in the painter's craft.
