A very rare carved wooden six legged stool fully tacked and with loops on the back to hang royal regalia, sometimes bronze bells. Tack-studded stools and chairs like this, called Ekele, are used as prestigious furniture or as a throne for Ngombe chiefs and were symbols of status.
