Chinese Qing Dynasty Huanghuali Carved Brush Pot. The Hardwood carved in cylindrical shape, sturdily in cylindrical straight body, thick potted, deep curvature, round mouth rim with flaring thick ring, raised on flat round foot base. The body carved detail of group Elders beside dense trees, rocky hill, flowers blossom, and foliage. The Huanghuali wood displays a dense hardwood, with deep-brown strikes over golden-black shades tone and translucent shimmering surface with abstractly figured patterns and sweet fragrance of huali distinguishes it from the similar appearing but pungent-adored hongmu.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition. Some stress of wear. Natural wood imperfection, wood joint mark, minor scratches and dents. Normal consider ages and wears.
