A soviet poster designed in 1943 by I. Astapov and V. Kurdov, authors of "Combat Pencil" - a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters during the WWII. The Russian text is quote of a poet V. Sayanov, read as follows: “The medal for the Leningrad defense marked your fearlessness, you are proud of a high award - in the battles to come, justify it” with a painted medal, statue of Lenin and spotlights on a red background.
