Description
Likely Roullet et Decamps, c. 1890. Standing doll with a bisque head and bisque hands. Head with fixed glass brown eyes, painted lashes and brows, head covered in brown felt hat. On composite body with internal mechanism, key winding mechanism and pull-out on and off switch. Standing on a velvet covered wooden base. Dressed in period sage green silk loose trousers and flowing shirt with ruffled collar and cuffs, gold trim and bow tie at neck and ankles. Holding a bouquet of flowers. France, late 19thc.

Condition
Likely replacement of head covering. Wear and loss to silk clothing consistent with age. Wear to velvet stand. Loss of key but a clock key has been used to wind up and it is now playing music and moving arms. please see video in link. Condition report available upon request.
