George Buckner (1942-2002) Highwaymen painting of a Florida sunset river scene with palm trees and sailboat. Signed lower right. Measures 24" x 12" on upson board and 28.5" x 16.5" w/ frame. Painting has two holes in the frame, one at top and one at bottom, where it was screwed into a wall. The Highwaymen artists sold many paintings to doctor's offices, hotels, restaurants, banks, and other businesses and this most likely was a painting that hung in one of those businesses.
