A late 19th century Southern Calendar Clock Co. "Fashion No. 4" model calendar shelf clock. 8-day time and strike movement with painted metal dials, subsidiary seconds in upper with simple calendar and day/month apertures in lower. Walnut case with arched top and turned finials, single long door with gilded "Fashion" logo flanked by turned columns on a molded base, original gilded detail around lower dial. Older restored finish with minor wear, restored upper dial, some yellowing to rollers, running when cataloged. 32 1/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
