France, a rare and unusual large ticket clock with champleve enamel four glass case, the bow front case decorated with polychrome enamels, the door with with mask having four apertures and revealing, from the top, arabic hours, then minutes, and finally seconds, with a view of the platform escapement at the bottom, the sides with transparent glass, the rear glass frosted, 8 day timepiece movement with unique winding and setting mechanism, the large, fixed mainspring barrel concealed in the base

Condition

case with minor tarnish and staining, glasses good, lacking many tickets, others with repairs, and some replaced, movement complete, will tick with pressure on train, setting functional, needs service, levers and wires restricting ticket advance will require repairs and adjustments
