Harry Lauder (1870-1950) Scottish singer, comedian. Lauder became a familiar worldwide figure promoting images like the kilt and the cromach to huge acclaim, especially in America. Noteable songs, included "Roamin' in the Gloamin", "A Wee Deoch-an-Doris", "The End of the Road" and, a particularly big hit for him, "I Love a Lassie". 6 ½” x 10 ½” original ink sketch by Laurence P. O’Leary, from a performance December 15. 1919 at the Detroit Opera House, signed.
