J & E Stevens Watch Dog Bank, cast iron, safe form with hinged front panel door, three number dial combination (217) with raised form dog at bottom (mouth opens), inside mechanism opens mouth (missing most of mechanism, Roman Legionnaire (raised painted) on side panels, raised floral and bird design on top panel, money slot on top and side, 4 9/16" x 4 3/16" x 5 7/8"h, faux wheel form base, door open. CONDITION: Floral and bird have paint loss at top, missing part of inside mechanism that opens dogs mouth, other wise minor wear from age and use.
