Item Details

Description

This Pair of handpainted Chinese Canton platters circa 1720 depict houses and boats on a river. Also included is a blue and white signed Chinese plate depicting chrysanthemums. The platters are the same subject, but vary in size and execution and measure 8.25" tall x 11" across, and 8.5" tall x 11.25" across. The plate measures 6.5" round.

Condition

Both platters have a visible crack that runs part way through the plate, and some fleabites around the edges are noted. The plate is in excellent condition.
