Prof Wu Jilu was a professor inChinese Literature, and an avid collector of Chinese porcelain antiques, esp. those with strong Sung Dynasty style & flavor. He had a collection of over 100 items from China’s Sung, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Hehadbought most of those collections from various antiques shops and small auction houses across the world over the past 25 years. Some of his antique collections were auctioned by major auction houses, such asSotheby’s and China’s Guardian Auction, Hong Kong.
