Langston was Garland's personal hairstylist for over 3 years and worked at MGM Studios on dozens of films. This lock of hair was removed from a pouch of hair obtained from Langston and these limited edition archive gallery pieces were created. The hair is mounted on a ready to frame display along with a description of the piece and a photograph of the beloved actress. The piece will be accompanied by a certificate of origin, letter and certificates of authenticity, certificate of provenance and letter of provenance, which are all issued by Regents Gallery. The letter of provenance shows a photo of the original signed letter from Beth Langston which states that the hair was cut "during one of her hair sessions during the making of Wizard of Oz".
