A rare fragment of a Pre-Columbian Terracotta clay sculpture depicting a Priest with ornate headdress and ear spools. This is a fragment of a sculpture with loss to the headdress. Vera Cruz culture, Mexico, 600-900 AD. Mineral deposits are evident. The Head measures 4.25 x 3.5 inches. Provenance: Ex Dr Brian Healy estate, New York.
