Description

This beautifully detailed image portrays a vivid arrangement of gladioli. A handsome addition to any modern art collectors' gallery. This framed piece measures approximately 24" x 20.5"; image sight approximately 16.75" x 13.25".
Frida Kahlo (Mexican, 1907-1954) is well known for her self-portraits, which incorporate color and surrealism in a way that is all her own. Her artwork is recognizable for its splendorous color and naive stylization, but holds a depth and a pain that many viewers can truly connect with. Though largely confined in life by her physical ailments, Frida Kahlo was prolific, politically active, and a deeply passionate individual.
