A LATE 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY CASED RAILWAY STATION CLOCK the moulded surround enclosing a 12" painted dial with Roman numerals signed 'JAMES RITCHIE & SON, EDINBURGH' fronting an eight-day chain driven fusee movement with anchor escapement, the side of the case with ivorine badge numbered '16722', 41cm diameter - bought from Ian P. Lyman, railway clock specialist and author.
