The purchaser will receive full documentation with regard to the Authentic Pieces of Straw, which includes a letter of authenticity and a copy of a letter from Ray Bolger identifying the pieces of straw as coming from the costume he wore in the film.
The pieces of straw have been Framed (frame alone is several hundred dollars.  Approx. Framed Dimensions: 23" X 19") and matted with a photo of The Scarecrow costume along with an excellent FACSIMILE signature in black ink (very original in its appearance and difficult to tell from real), and a presentation plate inscribed with the following, "THE SCARECROW The Wizard of Oz 1939 RAY BOLGER Authentic pieces of straw taken from the costume worn by Ray Bolger in his starring role as The Scarecrow in the 1939 production of The Wizard of Oz."
