Contemporary full pigskin, elaborately stamped in blind, over wooden boards, original brass clasps intact, spine ends worn, boards rubbed and worn; all edges trimmed; front hinge worn; lacking front free endpaper; hole torn, bottom title-page, with loss to woodcut; worming at bottom of first nine leaves; dampstaining at head, upper gutter, and some margins of most leaves; small loss at bottom corner of ff. X; abrasions to woodcut on verso ff. XV; 2 3/4 in. closed tear at bottom ff. LIV; small holes torn in woodcut on verso ff. LXXXV; small loss at top corner of ff. XC; short close tear top edge ff.
