Description
Most likely an architectural element, carved in stone and custom mounted with a stainless steel base. Purchased from the 1985 auction by Guernsey's in New York of the Wilton, CT estate of Kenneth Lynch who was extraordinary craftsman known for his efforts on New York City's Chrysler Building, the Statue of Liberty and the 1939's World Fair. Dimensions: Overall: H 85" x W 30.5" x D 41" Stone: H 42" x W 30.5" Condition: Stone with outdoor wear, concretions. Metal has machine finished surface.

All the items in this sale are located at our Norwalk, CT Gallery for Appointment only preview and pickup. Call to schedule a preview 9am-5pm weekdays at the Norwalk gallery.
