Three vintage illustrated portfolios on Native Americans Indians.
1) THE KACHINAS ARE COMING PUEBLO INDIAN KACHINA DOLLS WITH RELATED FOLKTALES by GENE MEANY HODGE, 1936.
18 plates in full color of Kachina dolls from original drawings by the author.
1st edition, Los Angeles: Steller-Millar by Gene Meany Hodge forward by Dr. Frederick Webb Hodge, Director of South west Indian Museum.
1/4 leather over decorative patterned boards, title gilt on backstrip leather.
Condition: very good condition, no stains, plates are clean and bright, binding tight, leather backstrip slightly worn.
2) BLACKFEET INDIANS OF GLACIER NATIONAL PARK - OUT OF THE NORTH, Frank Linderman.
Published and copyrighted by Great Northern Railway, St. Paul Minnesota.
24 full-color prints of Blackfeet paintings by Harold Reiss with text by Frank Bird Linderman.
Published 1947.
Housed in the original portfolio including the pamphlet of the Blackfeet Indian Tribe.
Dimensions: 9 in. x 12 in.
Condition: very good.. all deserve to be framed.

Stiff decorated brown boards.
