Navajo Kathleen Yazzie 1970s 3-Turquoise Sterling Silver Shadowbox Cuff Bracelet - This lovely bracelet was made by Navajo silversmith Kathleen Yazzi and was crafted of solid sterling silver. The bracelet has a shadowbox style design embellished with (3) 11.5mm-13mm turquoise set in sawtooth bezels, and is trimmed with tribal stamp work. According to our seller, her parents started in the Native American jewelry business in 1972, and the family would travel to the New Mexico Native American reservations and purchase pieces directly from the tribes. They eventually went into the gold jewelry business and have kept these pieces in their private collection for over 40 years. The bracelet is signed "K.Y.". Measurements: 1.5" wide x 6.75" inside circumference. Condition: This piece is in good vintage condition with all turquoise intact and lovely patina.
