Condition consistent with age and use. Normal wear and tear present throughout. Crack to the crest rail on proper right side near the curve. That arm has a visible joint crack and should be re-glued or filled. Fabric on seat of settee has large hole and loss near the tufted back. All side chair backs need regluing. One has a crack on the proper right support of back. Fabric stained on two chairs.
