The first, the well curved gilt shaft cast to the pierced middle section with a feline, the pierced end with a bear-like beast opposing a chi dragon head, inlaid with turquoise glass insets; the second gently curved and tapered towards a beast-head hook, decorated with a stylized phoenix amidst scrolls. {Length of the first: 8 inches (20.5 cm)}.
