Description
AMERICAN LEADED GLASS TABLE LAMP ON PATINATED METAL BASE C. 1920 - 1940 H 23.5" DIA 16.25" Unmarked shade and base. Having green geometric panel ground with inset leaded pink floral design. Underside of cap #532. Base is electrified and is white metal with a rich lacquered patina that gives the appearance of a renaissance brown brown patina. Provenance: Estate of Jack Faxon, Michigan Senator and creator of the Michigan Council for the Arts.
Condition
Patina on base shows wear. Glass and lead in shade show signs of age but no signs of damage, repairs, or replacement. 4 - smaller panels with heat cracks.
