Native American, Southwest, New Mexico, Acoma, ca. early to mid 20th century CE. An attractive piece of pueblo pottery, made from hand-mixed clay in the traditional manner - handbuilt via the coil and scrape technique. This petite Acoma vessel presents a classic rounded form with mesmerizing red, black, and white design motifs inspired by nature and geometry and an attractive rim of repeated applied triangular motifs. Size: 3.875" H (9.8 cm); 5.375" H (13.7 cm) on included custom stand.
