The bear is fully jointed and is crafted of brass mohair, and is based on a 1907 deign which was made by Steiff in response to a record cold winter in Berlin. The metal hot water bottle insert fits snugly and securely into Teddy's body's via lace-up hooks on his belly. The bear comes with the original pouch and certificate of authenticity. The bear is numbered 00632 (of 3000) along with EAN 667299 on the ear tag.
