Description
Octave Lapize (1887-1917) most famous for his victory at the French Grand Tour of 1910 and the bronze medal in1908 Olympics in 100 km race. Afterwards started his own bicycle line. Tragically he would not survive the war-Lapize was killed in airborn combat.Printed by Rene ROUSSEAU 1805 Avenue Parmentier, PARIS, c.1910
