Antique Italian Neoclassical Grand Tour ormolu jewelry / trinket box, the lid decorated with micro mosaic depicting the Colosseum set in oval slate plaque, enameled cloisonne banding to side exterior, raised on gilt stand with winged figural corner mounts, the silk lined interior stamped with faded gold-foil: "Broccheggiani Jewellery / 12 Rue Condotti 15 / Rome." 4" H x 4.75" W x 3.5" D.
