With a PSA/DNA certificate for all 27 signatures, with each man identified on the COA. The Battle of the Bulge was a surprise attack by the Germans that left nearly 100,000 Allied killed wounded or captured, but which depleted the German forces and ultimately resulted in an Allied win near the close of the war. After the battle Winston Churchill proclaimed, "This is undoubtedly the greatest American battle of the war and will, I believe, be regarded as an ever-famous American victory."
