One oversized partially printed sheet, 20.5" x 16.25". Dated "October 5, 1842", and signed by John Tyler as President "J. Tyler". Printed in French, Spanish, English, and Dutch. Lovely strong contrasting ink with vibrant signatures. Tyler's signature is unusually bold on this document. The document has two areas of paper loss.
