AN INDIAN BRONZE FIGURE OF A HINDU GODDESS, POSSIBLY DEVI, SOUTH INDIA, 19TH/20TH CENTURY, in a 17th century style, cast wearing nicely detailed jewelry and robes, on a double disc socle with rectangular base fitted onto a separate double lotus circular pedestal. Height: 8.25" Diameter: 3"
Condition
Nice old surface wear throughout. Most scratches appear to be old and worn. The slight patination is from age, exposure and handling. This figure is cast separately from the lotus pedestal with her rectangular base sliding into a conforming frame on the pedestal top.
