CONDITION
Observed out of the frame, the painting is in excellent condition. The canvas is relined. Some minor scuffing at perimeter, obscured by the frame rabbet. Inspection under UV shows scattered retouching to overall less than 5% of the painting, namely: at the perimeter, two lines the lower left of the tailor's work bench (larger 30 cm long), below the young boy to the lower right (0.7 cm long)
