Black ink drawing on wove paper, untitled abstract, signed* with the artist's initial "F" (Otto Freundlich, 1878-1943). 10 3/8 x 8 inches. Very small tear at lower margin (has been repaired and does not intrude on the drawing), some toning to areas of the paper, otherwise very good condition overall. Has been removed from frame for inspection and shipping. Sold without frame.

Provenance: Ex-collection Ludwig Strecker, Mainz, Germany. Thence to a private family trust.
