Description
A Parthian terracotta rhyton in the form of a bull, c. 2nd Century BC - 2nd Century AD, with barrel shaped body and short legs. The head is nicely detailed with vertical ears and round eyes. H: 5 1/8 in (13.1cm), L: 6 1/8 in (15.6cm). Light deposits throughout. Ex New York City private collection.
