President of the American Association of General Passenger and Ticket Agents at the Annual Meeting held at Portland Me. October 14th 1902 by the Richelieu and Ontario Navigation Co. accompanied by A Gavel made from a piece of wood taken from the Arctic Discovery Ship Alert". The next page reads "A Brief Account of the Voyage of the Steamer Alert to Northern Latitudes, 1875-76". Full leather bound, 13 vellum pages.

Dimensions: 7" x 10 1/2".
