Item Details

Description

Beautiful tailor made orange lined L-2B flight jacket the belonged to Brigadier General Robert B. Miller. General Miller was promoted to Brigadier General in 1958 and retired in 1965. During WWII he served as CO of the 389th Bomb Group in Europe. He commanded the “Sky Scorpions” from 29 March to August, 1944. He flew the Ploesti Mission and became a Brigadier General at the end of the War. There are no tags present. Comes with an info card found in the pocket.
