Fair, the hilt and scabbard both have signs of wear and aging, as shown in photos. The scabbard has a dent which does not affect the sword fitting in the scabbard, and is shown in photos. The blade is in good condition with no major nicks or scratches, and still maintains a polished finish with only a few areas of uncleanliness, shown in photos. The condition of the scabbard is as shown in photos of the ends of the scabbard.
