Description

Probably of English manufacture with a wire wrapped shagreen handle. The basket decorated with typical heart motif, the blade with a single fuller two-thirds the length of the sword.
L. of blade: 97.8 cm (38 1/2 in.)

Condition

Condition report available upon request.
Wired handle and shagreen in good condition, leather insert for basket missing. Blade in good condition with only some very minor nicks. Some age corrosion throughout.
