William Charles McNulty was active/lived in New York and Massachusetts. William McNulty is known for city scene drawing and etching, cartoons.
William Charles McNulty (1889-1963) was an American artist, who created realistic etchings and drawings of New York. He was born in Ogden, Utah. He studied art in 1908 and 1909 at the Art Students League in New York, where he also later taught. He was a successful editorial cartoonist for the Seattle Star.

Works by McNulty are housed in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York Public Library, the Newark, Detroit and Whitney Museums, the U.S. Library of Congress and the University of Nebraska.

McNulty started as a newspaper artist in Nebraska and Montana, but wasn't content to stay there. In New York, he studied at the league between 1907 and 1909.
