This beautifully detailed image depicts the nude figure of a female bather. A handwritten inscription at lower left reads, "Renoir". Approximate dimensions are 13.25" x 9.5". A fine highlight to any collector's gallery.

Pierre-Auguste Renoir was born February 25, 1841 in Limoges, France. He was a leading member of the Impressionists. His work is characterized by a richness of feeling and a warm response to the world we live in.
