This work is from Prevalence of Ritual Bearden's 1974 series of five screenprints re-imagining stories from the Bible and Greek mythology. The other works in the series are titled In the Garden Salome (John the Baptist) Delilah and Prologue to Troy.

Condition

This work is not framed. Colors strong. Lower edge slightly warped with corresponding staining in lower margin. Small crease (not extending into image) at top left corner.
