He was born in the city of Aguascalientes on May 10, 1913 and died on December 30, 1960 in Mexico City . In 1932, he entered the San Carlos Academy and later began to collaborate for the magazines Vea, El Hogar, México al DÃa, Todo, in the newspaper Excelsior , the newspaper chain GarcÃa Valseca and was a founding member of magazines Tomorrow And Always!
