Fine French Art Deco macassar / rosewood cabinet / credenza / case piece. The very fine construction and materials lead one to a Jules Leleu attribution, but we have not been able to definitively state this is the work of Leleu's workshop. Original brass hardware. Regardless of maker, this is a very fine piece of cabinetry. Measures: 78 3/8" W x 18 1/4" D x 35 1/2" H Note: The top glass portion is not attached and the underlying wood is finished in a variegated surface which appears to have been designed to accept adhesive and glass. The marble blocks appear to be later additions.

Good to very good vintage condition. Replaced internal shelf. Minor, professionally repaired nicks.
