The piano is in overall fair condition. One of the white keys on the left half of the keyboard is permanently suppressed and is not striking (image posted). There is another white key on the right half of the keyboard that is very stiff. It is striking, but the key is not moving fluidly. The piano does not have a tinny sound to it, or a sound which would lead us to believe that the soundboard sustains issues. The case itself sustains minor scuffs and nicks throughout. The piano was consigned by a Chicago estate of a recently deceased person. The piano had been in a high rise apartment for many years before coming to auction.
